The service
Dump Club removes dog waste from the agreed area of your yard on a recurring weekly or biweekly schedule and takes it with us. Service days ("Dump Days") are assigned by neighborhood.
Free first scoop
Your first scheduled cleanup is free, regardless of reasonable existing accumulation. There is no setup fee and no initial cleanup fee.
Billing
You are not charged at signup. A valid payment method is required to reserve your membership and is stored securely by Stripe. After your free first service is completed, your monthly membership begins and your saved payment method is charged the membership price. It then renews monthly on that same date until cancelled. We do not bill by calendar month or prorate by calendar month.
Custom plans
Households with 5 or more dogs receive a custom quote. No membership begins until you approve it.
Access
You agree to provide safe access to the service area. If we can't safely access the yard (locked gate, aggressive animal, unsafe conditions), we may skip that visit and will let you know.
Weather
We may reschedule visits when weather makes service unsafe.
Pausing and cancelling
Contact us to pause or cancel. There is no long-term contract. Cancellation stops future renewals.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we'll notify you and give you a chance to update your card. Service may be paused until the balance is resolved.
